Today, pray for the upcoming G26 Conference in Abuja on 3-6 March this year. Ask the Lord to grant deep wisdom to those gathered as they prayerfully consider the future shape of the Global Anglican Communion, following the Primates’ Council announcement on 16 October. Pray for listening hearts, clear discernment, and faithfulness to Christ.
Pray also for wisdom, grace, love, and a passion for unity across the Communion. Ask that God would help us guard God’s gospel with courage and humility, and generate missional resources that serve the Church worldwide, to the glory of God.
Finally, pray that the Lord would ignite a fresh fire for evangelism through this gathering—stirring us to proclaim Christ and him crucified, in the power of the Holy Spirit, so that the world may know Jesus, to the glory of God the Father.
