Prayer Update:

Uganda Development Officers Training

We give thanks to God for the Church of Uganda and the leadership of their Archbishop and Primate, The Most Revd Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, who this week opened a four-day workshop equipping Household and Community Transformation officers in Kampala.

In his keynote address, Archbishop Kaziimba urged participants to uphold integrity, remain non-partisan, and pursue excellence in their service. He reminded them that “a good name is more desirable than great riches” (Proverbs 22:1), and that Christian leaders must rise above politics, preaching peace and unity as servants of the Kingdom. He encouraged practical disciplines, including tree planting, ongoing learning, physical health, and timely reporting, as marks of faithful, transformational ministry.

Please join the Gafcon family in praying that this training would raise up leaders shaped by integrity and gospel conviction, bearing fruit for Christ throughout Uganda and throughout all churches in our movement.
