At the Gafcon Global G26 Conference, the Abuja Affirmation joyfully proclaims the saving gospel of Jesus Christ—His death for our sins and His resurrection bringing new life to all who believe.
We give thanks that this historic gathering in Abuja placed the good news of salvation at the centre of its life, worship, and deliberations. The gospel remains the foundation of the Global Anglican Communion and the message entrusted to the Church for the salvation of the world.
Pray that the gospel will continue to be proclaimed clearly across the Global Anglican Communion. Ask God to strengthen bishops, clergy, and evangelists as they preach Christ faithfully, and pray that many people in every nation will come to repentance, faith, and new life through the Lord Jesus Christ.
