Give thanks to God for the commissioning of the new library at the Sira Dongo Mission Centre in Uganda, and for missioners being trained to serve in Chad, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and beyond.
The Most Revd Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, Archbishop and Primate of the Church of Uganda and member of the Global Anglican Council, commissioned the library and missioners, reminding the Church: “The strength of the Church is not in its sitting capacity, but in its sending capacity.”
Please pray for Bishop Alfred Olwa and the Diocese of Lango, and give thanks for David C. Cook Ministries funding the library. As we seek to grow orthodox leaders, pray that God will equip and send many faithful gospel workers across Africa.
