We give thanks for the recent statement by the Gafcon Primates’ Council that encourages Anglican provinces to amend their constitutions to remove references to being in communion with the See of Canterbury and the Church of England.
We pray for great wisdom for every province, as each seriously considers this statement, so that authentic Anglicans everywhere will seek to align their governance with biblical faithfulness and historic Anglican principles.
Together may this important step forward be a catalyst for renewed energy in recruiting and equipping the next generation to serve Christ with integrity and joy, as our communion seeks to be growing orthodox leaders, shaped by Scripture, and full of courage and conviction.
