As the new year begins, we invite prayer for the work of theological education across the Gafcon movement, and particularly for those in the Gafcon Theological Educators Network. These colleges and training communities play a vital role in forming faithful leaders for the life and mission of the Church.
In the Southern Hemisphere, many colleges remain on break. Faculty are preparing courses, institutions are finalising enrolments, and recent graduates are beginning new ministries—or patiently discerning next steps. Pray that faculty, graduates, and students in these varied circumstances would be attentive to the Lord’s leading, walking in dependence, wisdom, and trust.
Meanwhile, colleges in the Northern Hemisphere are recommencing after the Christmas break. Pray for faithful, clear teaching that forms competent ministers of the Gospel, grounded in Scripture and equipped to serve Anglican churches across the global communion, to the glory of God.
