We give thanks to God for the Anglican Church of Kenya and for the leadership of The Most Rev. Jackson Ole Sapit, Archbishop of Kenya, who also serves as a member of the Gafcon Primates Council. This week the Church released a strong statement on the state of the nation, seizing the opportunity to speak God’s truth with clarity and courage into the daily life of Kenya.
Please join us in praying that this bold stand will help guard God’s gospel, and that the Church will keep gathering authentic Anglicans who shine as a light for Christ in their communities and in the nation’s leadership.
Pray also that the statement will inspire the growing of orthodox leaders and the generating of missional resources, so that justice, integrity, and gospel hope will flourish throughout Kenya.
