We pray today that the Lord would be pleased to use Gafcon to grow orthodox leaders for the church, thinking today of the desperate need for men and women who will be evangelists to spread God’s glorious gospel everywhere.
With this in mind we pray with today’s collect that God would raise up in every land evangelists and heralds of his kingdom, and that his Church may proclaim the unsearchable riches of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
May the Lord equip pastors and teachers to train evangelists to correctly handle the word of truth, so that those who proclaim the truth of Jesus might also guard God’s gospel with great care.
