Today we give thanks to God for the global fellowship of Gafcon, and we pray especially for The Rt Revd Paul Donison, Gafcon General Secretary. We thank God for his faithful service in holding together and supporting the life of the movement across every region.
Under his oversight, Gafcon’s mission is expressed through nine regions: North Africa & the Middle East; West Africa; East Africa; Southern Africa; Europe; North America; South America; Asia; and Oceania.
Together these regions include tens of millions of Anglicans, living in widely differing cultural, political, and spiritual contexts. We pray for unity in the truth of God’s Word, clarity of gospel witness, and perseverance in faith. May the Lord strengthen every bishop, pastor, and congregation to stand firm, guard the gospel, and proclaim Christ faithfully to the nations.
