We give thanks for the resolution approved by the Gafcon Primates’ Council last week calling provinces of the Global Anglican Communion to no longer participate in or fund Canterbury-led institutions. We rejoice that this decisive step motivates us to generate missional resources, with fresh partnerships, transparent stewardship, and gospel-centred cooperation.
Pray that all members of the Global Anglican Communion will be encouraged and enabled to seek financial freedom as they reject the temptation to be unequally yoked with those who try to steer us away from the living Word of God.
Pray too that God will provide wisdom and generosity so that these new patterns of fellowship may flourish, strengthening mission and ministry to the ends of the earth, to the glory of God.
