The Most Revd Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, Archbishop and Primate of the Church of Uganda and a member of the Global Anglican Council, has launched emergency food relief in North Karamoja Diocese, providing more than 90 tonnes of food for over 2,000 people, including assistance for malnourished children.
