Please pray for the multiplication of the Diocese of Recife, as the Anglican Church in Brazil prepares to grow from three dioceses and one missionary diocese to four dioceses and two missionary dioceses. Give thanks to God for this encouraging sign of growth and gospel mission.
Please pray for the Most Revd Miguel Uchôa, Archbishop and Primate of the Anglican Church in Brazil and Vice Chairman of the Global Anglican Council, as he provides leadership through this important transition.
Please also pray for Bishop Flávio Adair, Global Anglican Communion Regional Secretary for South America, and for the new and existing dioceses. Ask God to raise up faithful leaders, strengthen local churches, multiply church planting, and extend the transforming impact of the gospel throughout Brazil.
