We give thanks to God for the Presidential Address delivered this week at the Synod of the Diocese of Sydney by the Most Revd Kanishka Raffel, Archbishop of Sydney and Advisor to the Gafcon Primates Council. His opening words, “I believe in conversion…”, are a powerful reminder that repentance and faith in the gospel is the heart of Christian mission.
Please pray that this message about the pressing need for conversion will inspire believers in Sydney, throughout Australia, and across the Gafcon fellowship worldwide.
Pray that Anglican churches everywhere will be renewed in their passion for evangelism, that many will hear the call to turn to Christ, and that the Spirit will bring fruit as the gospel is proclaimed with boldness, to the glory of God.
