Please give thanks to God for the recent Misión Sombra (Shadow Mission) Week of the Centro de Estudios Pastorales (CEP), which trains people for ministry in the Anglican Church of Chile. Praise God for the students who served alongside pastors and churches in Punta Arenas, Valdivia, Concepción, Temuco, Santiago and Valparaíso.
Give thanks for the pastors and congregations who welcomed these students into the life of their churches, giving them valuable experience of the joys, challenges and responsibilities of pastoral ministry.
Please pray that God will use this experience to shape these students in the character of Christ—growing them in humility, love, faithfulness and compassion—and continue raising up faithful, well-equipped gospel workers to serve his Church throughout Chile and beyond.
