We praise God for one hundred years of the Anglican Church of Rwanda, which was celebrated last weekend in Gahini, on the same hill where the East African Revival began.
At the event, The Most Revd Dr Laurent Mbanda, Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Rwanda and Chairman of the Gafcon Primates Council, spoke powerfully about the true fruit of revival, and encouraged leaders to prioritise integrity, character and accountability in the church.
We pray that all Gafcon provinces, dioceses and churches would be encouraged by the Anglican Church of Rwanda to persevere in the same mission, giving thanks to God for his faithfulness, and praying for the Bible to be at the heart of the Anglican Communion everywhere.
