Give thanks to God for the encouraging progress in planning for the upcoming Bishops Training Institute. We praise God for the team of experienced and humble bishops who are working together to offer wisdom, pastoral insight, and faithful counsel to newer bishops serving in an Anglican world that is often tempted to compromise the truth of the gospel.
Please pray for the financial needs of this vital ministry. There is currently a shortfall in the budget, and we ask the Lord to raise up some generous sponsors who recognise the strategic importance of this work—supporters willing to fund several bishops, or even a significant portion of the event.
Pray also for Bishop Francis Karemera as he coordinates the teaching for this Institute, which begins in under five weeks’ time in Abuja, Nigeria, as part of the G26 Conference.
