We give thanks to God with our brothers and sisters in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) for the consecration of The Rt Revd Marc Richard Steele on Saturday, August 16, 2025 as the first elected suffragan bishop in the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word, to assist Bishop Julian Dobbs.
Bishop Marc is the rector of St. George’s Anglican Church in Helmetta, New Jersey, USA, and he and his wife Korleen have six children and one granddaughter.
Pray with us for our newest, orthodox bishops across the globe, as they develop the important skills for the role of bishop, and pray for Gafcon as we continue to seek to invest in the development of our leaders at every level, through initiatives such as the Bishops Training Institute (BTI).
