Today we invite the Gafcon family to pray for The Most Revd Dr Laurent Mbanda, Chairman of the Gafcon Primates’ Council, as he continues to oversee preparations for the upcoming G26 Conference to be held this March in Abuja, Nigeria.
Give thanks for Archbishop Mbanda’s faithful, steady leadership and his deep commitment to guarding God’s gospel and strengthening the unity of orthodox Anglicans around the world. Pray for wisdom, clarity, and spiritual discernment as he works with fellow Primates and leaders in shaping the programme and priorities of this important gathering.
Ask the Lord to grant him strength, peace, and good health in these demanding weeks of preparation. May God bless the work of his hands, and may G26 serve to build up the Church for faithful witness and gospel mission, to the glory of God.
